Challenge:
A lot of virtual card apps ask for a minimal amount of data and evidence from employees for each transaction. Howevere, larger companies need greater transeprancy and more data
Approach:
I needed to design this app closer to a bank app than receipt app. Receipt apps capture receipt files and allow you to basic additional data against the transaction. Bank apps provide categorise and tags on top of adding basic details for an individual transaction. Cellophane needed to go a step further, allowing card holders to assign alternative users to transactions, breakdown receipt line items into different categories and allow the creation of group cards.

A lot of virtual card apps ask for a minimal amount of data and evidence from employees for each transaction. However, larger companies need greater transparency and more data for any auditing made by governing bodies.
Challenge:
Create a simple interface, similar to other virtual card apps, while including extra fields and functionality designed for larger teams and enterprise.
