A polished booking experience that generated excitement and helped secure seed funding. The product was simple, familiar, and well-tested by the time it reached pilot clients. Karmo employees booked cars internally and thoroughly stress tested the app before we gave pilot access to high priority clients.


Karmo is a car subscription company that wanted to expand into white-label software for both in-house bookings and fleet management. The goal was to allow people within a building to book cars hosted by the company, while the inventory software would be used for the management of your fleet. As the foundational product designer, I led the discovery and research for the front end of the products, meeting with all stakeholder to understand their needs. The initial goal was to build software for Karmo to use internally first and sell to clients once tested.
